HOW TO REGISTER
1 (Sep - Nov):
Registration will open July 17,
2017. Mid-term registrations will be
accepted in any classes that still have space available after the start
of the term and the program fee will be pro-rated. Please call or e-mail
to find out if there is space in the class of your choice.
2 (Nov - Jan):
Stay tuned for registration dates.
DETAILED REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
RESERVATION - Reserve your spot
by providing your registration information.
You will receive a reply to let you know if there is still space. Your reservation will be held for
one week pending receipt of your

the same business day. If you don't hear back within two
business days of having e-mailed me,
please call 613-402-6082 (rather than e-mail) to follow up.
Similarly, if you don't hear back within two business
days of having left
a voice mail, please e-mail (rather than leaving another
voice mail) to follow up. Technology is wonderful but not perfect!
- Provide payment after you have heard back
there is space. Any registrations that are not confirmed with payment within
one week will
be released if there is a waiting list.

a week before your first class, you will receive an e-mail
with some additional information about the program and about how you can
get the most out of it. Any classes that do not have at least five
registrants by one week before the start of the term are subject to
cancellation and a
full refund will be issued.
- Official receipts for tax purposes are sent by
e-mail in early
February for the previous taxation year.
